Dog Mess
Dog owners/walkers are asked to please pick up and dispose of their Dogs mess in the bins provided or at home, the subject has been raised at the last Parish Council meeting held on the 14th of May...
To quote...
" Footpaths are not a problem at the moments. However dog mess is a problem, at Herne Lane and the Old Rectory Paddock. Ironically those are the places where the bins are installed! Something will be put on the website about it"
And via Email...
"one of the sets of minutes talks about the awful problem of dog fouling right where there are actually dog bins, I was asked to see if something could go on the website in an attempt to try to stop this problem, maybe the guilty party/parties might read it and have second thoughts about their bad behaviour"
I was asked to state that there is "great anger" over this issue.
It has to be said that abandoned filled bags on the side of the road seems a ridiculous thing to do, the poo is biodegradable where most plastic bags are not.
So once again, Please be responsible and clean up after your Dog/s, Thank You !
